Post & Packaging Costs
The standard p&p charge is £1.25. This covers any amount of seeds ordered to any country. Heavier items have a 50p extra charge which covers the actual postal charges.
Delivery Times
World of Chillies aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours but please leave up to 5 working days for UK deliveries and 10 working days for international deliveries.
Delivery Destinations
World of Chillies can only dispatch fresh chillies to UK addresses. Chilli seeds can be sent worldwide and World of Chillies does not charge extra P&P for international deliveries.
If you are interested in receiving dried chillies at an international address, please contact World of Chillies prior to ordering to check that dried chillies can be dispatched to your address.
Ordering
We may refuse to accept any order if goods are not available or we cannot obtain authorisation of payment or your country of origin does not allow the entry of items ordered.
Credit cards
Credit card payments are handled by Paypal at World of Chillies. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to purchase items. Just click 'Check out with Paypal', then you will be asked to select payment by either credit card or Paypal. Simple and easy.
