A strawberry-shaped cherry tomato that crops early
TomatoBerry is an indeterminate cherry tomato grown for early cropping, sweetness and its distinctive fruit shape. The tomatoes are small and deep red, with a clear strawberry-like form that makes them easy to pick out on the vine.
Plants grow with vigour and begin producing early in the season. With regular harvesting, TomatoBerry continues cropping steadily through the summer, forming long trusses of evenly sized fruit. Given enough space and consistent conditions under glass, it can be notably productive.
The flavour is sweet with a gentle tang, and the flesh is juicy without being soft or fragile. This makes the fruit particularly well suited to fresh eating and salads, where both flavour and appearance matter.
TomatoBerry performs best in a greenhouse or polytunnel, where warmth and stability support early ripening and sustained yield. It will crop outdoors in a warm, sheltered spot, but its full potential is reached under cover, where plants can be trained and managed more easily.
This is a variety for growers who want early harvests, reliable yields and something visually distinctive, without sacrificing eating quality.
