Refunds and Cancellation
World of Chillies are sure that you will be very pleased with our products. However, if you are unhappy with any World of Chillies products, please return unused within 30 days and we will replace or grant a full refund, whichsoever you prefer. If the item is faulty, we will pay the postage costs.

Post & Packaging Costs
In order to keep P&P costs to a minimum, postage is calculated by weight. A rough guide to UK postage is below. To calculate exact weight, or for foreign mail costs, add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. The postage options will be displayed before you make any payments.

Delivery Policy
Please leave up to 5 working days for UK deliveries, 7-10 days for Europe and 10-14 days for worldwide deliveries. World of Chillies uses Royal Mail postal services.

Delivery Destinations
World of Chillies can only dispatch fresh chillies and chilli plants and plugs to UK addresses. Chilli seeds and most gifts can be sent worldwide. World of Chillies complies with quarantine regulations for sending seeds.

Ordering
We may refuse to accept any order if goods are not available or we cannot obtain authorisation of payment or your country of origin does not allow the entry of items ordered.
